* WHAT…Flooding caused by rain and/or snowmelt and/or ice jam is
possible.
* WHERE…Clearwater and Idaho Counties in Idaho.
* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Runoff will increase the risk
for rock and mudslides below steep terrain.
