* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch.
Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…In Virginia, Tazewell County. In West Virginia, Mercer,
Summers, and Western Greenbrier Counties.

* WHEN…Until 1 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
