* WHAT…A glaze to a few hundredth of an inch of freezing rain is
expected.

* WHERE…Brooks, Jim Hogg, and Zapata Counties.

* WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Friday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Temperatures are expected to rise above by
mid to late morning ending the Freezing Rain threat.
