* WHAT…Black ice likely, especially on secondary roads and from
any runoff from melting during the daytime.

* WHERE…Northern and central Coastal Plain into portions of the
northern Piedmont.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Roadways or sidewalks may become slick from additional
runoff from snowmelt and result in black ice.
