Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania and
northern West Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Any heavier snow showers could result in
visibility of a quarter of a mile at times through this evening.
