* WHAT…Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to 4
inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE…Oswego County, mainly across southern and western portions
of the county.

* WHEN…Until midnight EST tonight.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the evening commute.
