Flood Advisory issued February 22 at 9:39PM EST until February 23 at 3:30AM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by snowmelt and/or ice jam is possible.

* WHERE…A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
county, Dauphin.

* WHEN…Until 330 AM EST.

* IMPACTS…River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 935 PM EST, emergency management reported water backing up
due to an ice jam in the area of Fort Hunter. Minor flooding
may begin shortly.
– The threat for flooding appears to be limited to near Fort
Hunter for the time being.
