Flood Watch issued February 22 at 3:20PM PST until February 23 at 12:00PM PST by NWS Eureka CA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following
area, Northern Humboldt Interior.

* WHEN…Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides
along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Up to 4 inches of rain is expected through Sunday afternoon.
