expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Idaho, including the following
county, Cassia.

* WHEN…Until 100 PM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 130 PM MST, Emergency management reported snowmelt in the
advisory area, causing urban and small stream flooding.
Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor
flooding in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Albion, Elba, Almo, Mt Harrison and City Of Rocks.

Pooler, Bloomingdale, Meldrim, Eden and Ellabell. This includes the following highways... I-16 between mile markers 146 and 154. I-95 in Georgia near mile marker 95.
