Special Weather Statement issued February 24 at 11:08PM EST by NWS Miami FL

At 1108 PM EST, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a gusty shower over Big Corkscrew Island, or 8 miles northwest of Ave
Maria, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Ave Maria, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Felda, Orangetree, Golden Gate,
Bunker Hill, Intersection I-75 And Everglades Blvd, Quail Creek
Estate, Golden Gate Estates, Keri, Immokalee, Big Corkscrew Island,
Labelle, West Toll Gate On Alligator Alley, Vineyards, Lake Trafford,
North Naples, Naples Park, and Port La Belle.
