cause flooding along the Middle Fork Kentucky River and local
tributaries upstream of the Lake.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following
county, Leslie.

* WHEN…Until 1000 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of roads, creeks, and streams, immediately
upstream of Buckhorn Lake is occurring.
