…The Flood Advisory is extended for the following rivers in
Tennessee…Mississippi…Arkansas…Missouri…

Mississippi River at Memphis

Mississippi River Above Tiptonville

For the Lower Mississippi River…including Tiptonville,
Caruthersville, Osceola, Memphis, Tunica Mhoon Landing, Helena…
elevated river levels are forecast.
For the Tennessee River…including Pickwick Dam, Savannah,
Saltillo, Perryville, Johnsonville…elevated river levels are
forecast.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Tunica Mhoon Landing.

* WHEN…Until Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 30.0 feet, Nel-Wyn Park at Tunica Lake begins to
flood. The entrance road to Tunica River Park is flooded. Camp
lots south of Flower Lake are flooding, along with an extensive
area of farmland at Ashley Point across from Mhoon Landing. The
camp at Midway, Arkansas is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 29.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.8
feet this afternoon.
– Action stage is 27.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
