Dense Fog Advisories have been issued this morning along portions of Nature Coast due to foggy conditions reducing visibility to ΒΌ of a mile or less at times.
Additional areas of patchy to locally dense fog have developed this morning throughout the state, but conditions should lift and dissipate throughout the morning hours.
Weak high pressure will settle in across the Sunshine State allowing for mostly dry conditions to return.
Enough moisture and onshore winds along the Southeast Florida coastline may allow for brief showers later in the day to push onshore (10-20% chance of rain).
Sensitive wildfire conditions will develop this afternoon throughout North and Central Florida as relative humidity values fall near and below critical thresholds (25-45%).
Light winds and recent rainfall will help to keep widespread conditions limited.
High temperatures will reach the lower to middle 70s along the coastlines while inland areas can expect high temperatures in the middle 70s to lower 80s.
Mostly calm and quiet conditions will persist throughout the overnight hours, with a chance for brief showers to continue along the Southeast Florida coast (20-30% chance of rain).
Patchy fog will be possible across the state by sunrise Thursday morning, with instances of locally dense fog possible in some areas.
A moderate risk for rip currents can be expected along numerous Panhandle and East Coast beaches. A low risk can be expected along Northeast Florida beaches and much of the West Coast.
