* WHERE…In New Mexico, Southern Dona Ana County/Mesilla Valley. In
Texas, Eastern/Central El Paso County and Western El Paso County.
The highest impact areas will be the western slopes of the
Franklin, Organ and Hueco Mountains.

* WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to 8 AM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
