The next statement will be issued Friday afternoon at 300 PM CST.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN…Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
Four Oaks Ranch Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:15 PM CST Thursday the stage was 4.0 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:15 PM CST Thursday was 4.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 4.2
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Monday morning.
– Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
