* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Ohio River at Cairo.

* WHEN…Until Saturday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 43.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Saturday afternoon and continue falling to 23.5 feet
Sunday, March 09.
– Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
