winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE…Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD.

* WHEN…For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 3 PM EST this
afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 6 AM to 6
PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
