* WHAT…West and northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50
mph expected. The highest sustained winds and wind gusts will be
in northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast
Minnesota, and central, southwest, and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN…From 10 AM to 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
