* WHAT…Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level
expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline.

* WHERE…In Connecticut, Southern Fairfield County. In New
York, Southern Westchester County.

* WHEN…With the high tide cycle close to midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS…Brief minor flooding of the more vulnerable
locations near the waterfront and shoreline.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…It is possible tides remain below minor
flood thresholds.

West winds will increase to 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph this morning into this afternoon. Meanwhile, minimum RH values will fall to 20 to 30 percent. Any areas with dry grasses or vegetation will be susceptible to elevated fire weather conditions. Check with the MN DNR or your local county before attempting any outdoor burning.
