* WHEN…For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM EST this
afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM this afternoon to 8
AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds shift from SW to N around 00Z
