Heavy Freezing Spray Advisory issued March 1 at 3:30AM EST until March 2 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Boston/Norton MA

* WHAT…For the Gale Warning, west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts
up to 35 kt and seas around 3 feet expected. For the Freezing
Spray Advisory, moderate accumulation of freezing spray
expected.

* WHERE…Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay.

* WHEN…For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 1 AM
EST Sunday. For the Freezing Spray Advisory, from 1 AM to 1 PM
EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.
Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic components
inoperative. Ice accretion on decks and superstructures may
result in some loss of stability. Strong winds will cause
hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and
reduce visibility.
