Winter Weather Advisory issued February 28 at 8:50PM EST until March 1 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…Snow. Snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches across higher
terrain, and 1 to 3 inches for lower elevations. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow on Saturday.

* WHERE…The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. The greatest
accumulations will be across the higher terrain of the Tug Hill
Plateau and western foothills of the Adirondacks.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
