Winter Weather Advisory issued February 28 at 9:08PM EST until March 1 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5
inches.

* WHERE…Northern Oneida County.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The steadiest snow will be this evening,
before mixing with rain overnight. Then, on Saturday, temperatures
will fall from the mid 30s in early morning through the 20s during
the day, icing over wet roads. Gusty snow showers Saturday will
cause additional snow accumulations.
