Cold Weather Advisory issued March 2 at 8:56AM EST until March 3 at 8:00AM EST by NWS Caribou ME

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 26 below expected.

* WHERE…Northwest Aroostook and Northern Somerset Counties.

* WHEN…From 3 AM to 8 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
