Weather Watch for strong winds and low relative humidity, which
is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening.

* Affected Area…In Oklahoma…Cimarron…Texas and Beaver. In
Texas…Dallam…Sherman…Hansford…Ochiltree…Lipscomb…
Hartley…Moore…Hutchinson…Roberts…Hemphill…Oldham…
Potter…Carson…Gray…Wheeler…Deaf Smith…Randall…
Armstrong…Donley…Collingsworth and Palo Duro Canyon.

* 20 Foot Winds…Southwest 25 to 39 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* Relative Humidity…As low as 9 percent.

* Red Flag Threat Index…6 to 8 in the western Panhandles, 4 to 6
in the central Panhandles, 1 to 3 in the eastern Panhandles.

* Timing…Noon through 10 PM Monday.

Pooler, Bloomingdale, Meldrim, Eden and Ellabell. This includes the following highways... I-16 between mile markers 146 and 154. I-95 in Georgia near mile marker 95.
