High Wind Watch issued March 1 at 10:49PM MST until March 2 at 5:00PM MST by NWS Albuquerque NM

* WHAT…For the first High Wind Watch, west winds 30 to 40 mph with
gusts up to 60 mph possible. For the second High Wind Watch,
southwest winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible.

* WHERE…Central Highlands, Eastern Lincoln County, South Central
Mountains, Guadalupe County, and Southwest Chaves County.

* WHEN…For the first High Wind Watch, from 5 AM MST Sunday through
Sunday afternoon. For the second High Wind Watch, from Monday
morning through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Areas of blowing dust may reduce visibility
below one-half mile at times.
