* Wind…Southwest at 25 to 35 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph on
Sunday, and similar conditions on Monday.

* Humidity…10 to 20 percent on Sunday, and 5 to 15 percent
Monday.

* Fuels…Critically Dry.

* Impacts…Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.
