far southern Texas Panhandle.

* WHEN…From 11 AM this morning to 7 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…If driving, be alert for low visibility from blowing
dust. Strong winds can blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.

Pooler, Bloomingdale, Meldrim, Eden and Ellabell. This includes the following highways... I-16 between mile markers 146 and 154. I-95 in Georgia near mile marker 95.
