Blizzard Warning issued March 3 at 2:45PM CST until March 5 at 3:00AM CST by NWS Omaha/Valley NE

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations of
one to three inches expected, as much as five inches possible.
Winds gusting as high as 70 mph. Flash freeze expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest Iowa and east central and southeast
Nebraska.

* WHEN…From 8 PM Tuesday to 3 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads will become slick and hazardous. Periods of
whiteout conditions likely making travel impossible during the
peak of the storm. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree
damage and power outages.
