* WHERE…In Kansas, Doniphan County. In Missouri, Andrew, Atchison
MO, Holt, and Nodaway Counties.

* WHEN…From 9 PM Tuesday to 3 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions and very low
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
morning commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree
damage.
