* WHAT…Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Central Highlands, Eastern Lincoln County, South Central
Highlands, South Central Mountains, De Baca County, Guadalupe
County, and Southwest Chaves County.

* WHEN…From 2 AM to 5 PM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Areas of blowing dust may reduce visibility
to below one mile at times.
