* WHAT…West to Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70
mph.

* WHERE…Mojave Desert Slopes.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be hazardous,
especially for high profile vehicles along Highways 14, 58 and 395.
