45 mph and gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN…From 9 AM to 9 PM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down weak or dead trees, broken
limbs, and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
