* WHAT…West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.

* WHERE…All of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western
Texas.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM MST /9 PM CST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers. Damaging winds
may topple a few trees and possibly knock out some power lines.
Damage to weaker structures is also possible. Severe turbulence
near the mountains will be hazardous for low flying light aircraft.
