possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest,
south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Iowa.

* WHEN…From Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow may not be occurring for the duration of
the high winds. However, when the snow is falling, near blizzard
conditions are expected.
