Special Weather Statement issued March 4 at 2:09AM CST by NWS Norman OK

At 209 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 5 miles east of Meridian to near Choctaw to 4
miles west of Norman. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Warwick, Smith Village, Little Axe, Parkland, Bethel Acres, Carney,
Moore, Jones, McLoud, Stanley Draper Lake, Davenport, Newalla,
Luther, Chandler, Wellston, Midwest City, Norman, Edmond, Meeker, and
Shawnee.
