* WHERE…The Wind Advisory is for Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski,
Rockcastle, Wayne, and Whitley counties in Kentucky.

* WHEN…The Wind Advisory is in effect from 3 PM Tuesday to
midnight EST Tuesday Night.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Additional strong winds may occur in eastern
Kentucky on Wednesday.
