Wind Advisory issued March 4 at 1:33AM MST until March 4 at 5:00PM MST by NWS Rapid City SD

* WHAT…North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE…Oglala Lakota County, including portions of the Pine Ridge
Reservation, Rapid City, Custer Co Plains, Pennington Co Plains,
and Southern Meade Co Plains.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control,
especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Strong winds
can cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and flying debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Some areas may see up to an inch of snow
Tuesday, with patchy blowing and drifting snow possible,
espciallly along Interstate 90 east of Rapid City.
