Winter Storm Watch issued March 3 at 1:03PM PST until March 7 at 10:00AM PST by NWS San Diego CA

* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations 3 to 5 inches
possible with local amounts up to 7 inches above 4500 ft. Winds
could gust as high as 75 mph. Winds will be strongest on the
desert slopes of the mountains.

* WHERE…San Diego County Mountains.

* WHEN…From early Thursday morning through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4
mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
morning and evening commutes. Very strong winds could cause
extensive tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow levels will start around 7000 ft
Wednesday night, falling to 4500 ft by early Thursday morning.
