10 inches possible. Higher amounts up to 12 inches possible for
the Lander Foothills, especially up toward Sinks Canyon. Winds
could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Lander Foothills, Natrona County Lower Elevations, Upper
Wind River Basin, and Wind River Basin.

* WHEN…From late Wednesday night through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
