* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
to two inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch.
Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of west central Minnesota and northeast South
Dakota.

* WHEN…From 6 AM to 9 PM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree
branches.
