* WHAT…Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to
one inch. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE…Douglas, Shawnee, Brown, Jackson, and Jefferson Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. Very strong winds
could cause extensive tree damage.
