* IMPACTS…At 48.0 feet, Carthage Point Road becomes impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:00 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 48.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river will continue a slow fall.
– Flood stage is 48.0 feet.
