* WHERE…Clinton and Russell Counties.

* WHEN…Until 2 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Isolated power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
