High Wind Warning issued March 4 at 8:03PM EST until March 5 at 3:00AM EST by NWS Jackson KY

* WHAT…For the High Wind Warning, south winds 15 to 30 mph with
gusts up to 60 mph. For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 10 to
20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE…Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne, and Whitley
Counties.

* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 3 AM EST Wednesday. For
the Wind Advisory, from 3 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Scattered to widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will
blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and
a few power outages may result.
