* WHERE…Harlan and Letcher Counties.
* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 4 AM EST Wednesday. For
the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty to damaging winds will blow around unsecured
objects and likely blow down tree limbs, trees, and power lines.
Scattered to widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest wind gusts are expected on the
higher peaks of the Black Mountain area of Harlan County and Pine
Mountain as well as areas immediately downwind of these areas.
