Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, and east central and southeast
South Dakota.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong winds may lead to patchy blowing snow
overnight and into the Wednesday morning commute.
