High Wind Warning issued March 4 at 9:30PM CST until March 5 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Omaha/Valley NE

* WHAT…North winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east
central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.

* WHEN…Until noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds lasting several hours will blow down
trees and power lines, and could cause minor roof damage.
Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strong winds are also combining with snow
to lead to poor visibility and whiteout conditions in some
locations.
