* WHERE…Custer, Garfield, Loup, and Wheeler Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blizzard conditions have ended across the
eastern Sandhills and portions of Central Nebraska. However,
strong northwesterly winds are expected overnight with gusts up to
60 mph expected.
