Flood Advisory issued March 5 at 9:53PM EST until March 6 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

* WHAT…Flooding caused by rainfall and snow melt is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of central New York, including the following
counties, Madison, Oneida and Onondaga.

* WHEN…Until 400 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 953 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated another round of
rainfall moving into the area. Coupled with continued snow
melt minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Syracuse, Utica, Rome, Oneida, Baldwinsville, Camden,
Boonville, New Hartford, Cicero, Sullivan, Lenox, Lee,
Verona, Westmoreland, Vienna, Chittenango, Canastota,
Trenton, Floyd and New York Mills.
